We Need Experienced Leaders Who Will Put Marco Island Residents First

Marco Island is facing important decisions about growth, development, infrastructure, water quality, and how taxpayer dollars are spent. We need City Council members who will ask tough questions, study the facts, and make decisions based on what is best for the people who call this island home.
That is why I am voting for Dennis Bartolucci, Rick Woodworth and Teri Sommerfeld.
Dennis offers exceptional financial and business experience from his 32-year career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he spent 20 years as a partner. He understands budgets, accountability and how large organizations can operate more effectively.
Rick has already demonstrated his commitment to Marco Island through his work with Clean Marco Waters and his service on the Waterways Advisory Committee and Audit Advisory Committee. He understands that clean water is essential to our environment, our property values and our future.
Teri brings more than four decades of healthcare and executive leadership experience. As a registered nurse and former healthcare executive, she has managed major budgets, complex operations, long-range planning and regulatory responsibilities. She has also spent years speaking up for residents and now serves on the Audit Advisory Committee.
These three candidates have different backgrounds, but they share sound judgment, strong qualifications and a genuine commitment to public service. Most importantly, they will approach City decisions independently, without conflicts of interest, and place residents’ quality of life ahead of special interests.
Marco Island needs capable, thoughtful leaders who will protect what makes our community special.
